The collegiate jam basketball system with 5 inch post and 60 inch glass board is what makes up the ADP’s Pro Series Adjustable Basketball System. It is designed for areas that require an adjustable basketball system. It can be used outdoors, such as a park, a playground or a residential setting. It has a height adjustment actuator mechanism that allows the board to adjust from a 7.5 foot high basketball hoop, to a 10 foot high regulation basketball hoop. It has a large actuator with 90 degree handles that make it easy for people of all ages to raise and lower the system. It is equipped with square heavy gauge steel posts that have a wall thickness of 3/16 inch that will provide superior strength and durability. It is designed with a bolt to ground post design that allows for a no hassle installation and provides the portability of the unit. The post is a powder coated black that will help protect against any harsh weather related elements. It has a heavy tubular lower arm that provides a direct goal attachment for the backboard and the rim. The backboard brace extends to the outer corners of the backboard, which allow for a clear, unobstructed view during play. The glass for the backboard is made up of 3/8 inch thick tempered glass that is permanently attached to the steel tubular frame with aluminum extrusions. The overall dimensions of the backboard are 42 inches in height and 60 inches in width. It has a 20 inch vertical center for attaching the board to the upper extensions arms and a direct goal attachment for the lower lift arm. The glass that the backboard is made up of has a direct mount attachment to a heavy steel welded uni-frame that provides extra support and provides for a safer play. The backboard has a 5 inch vertical and 5 inch horizontal mounting holes for attaching the rim. The board features a white target and has a border and square corners for the professional, arena style look. It has a heavy duty breakaway goal with nylon net strands that are up to any level of competitive play.
